– Dr.Yanmin Yang, Stanford.

“I am immensely grateful to the professors, lab mentors, program assistants, and Stanford University for my experience at SSSIP! At Stanford, I had the opportunity to listen to lectures by Stanford professors, conduct experiments in top research labs, and live in a college dormitory, all experiences I could only dream of before attending SSSIP. I was struck by the great level of knowledge of the professors and program managers, as well as the meticulous and patient care they provided for us. Not only was SSSIP a phenomenal learning opportunity, it was also an unforgettable life experience. Through the camp, I met other students from across the world who had come from diverse backgrounds and grew up in an environment different from me. The program has inspired me to pursue a career in science and medicine and I am excited to apply the invaluable skills I gained to my future.”

“We learned a lot from other teams’ performances, our own presentations, and feedback from the judges. I do think it was a valuable experience as it showed how a formal business-related competition should be like, to high school students.”
