1. General Refund Guidelines

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Courses and Programs: Refunds for educational courses and programs are available only within 14 calendar days from the date of enrollment or payment. No refunds will be issued after the participant has checked in or once the course or program has officially started.
  • Workshops and Events: Refunds for workshops and events are available if requested at least 30 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
  • Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital downloads, e-books, or other digital products once access has been granted.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees
  • Any service that has been partially or fully completed
  • Customized programs or services
  • Promotional or discounted products, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunds to reflect in your account.

6. Cancellations by IEG Global Association

If a course, event, or service is canceled by IEG Global Association due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the following options:

  • A full refund of the payment made.
  • Option to transfer the payment to another course, event, or service of equivalent value.

7. Exceptions

In certain cases, exceptions to our Refund Policy may apply at our sole discretion. These exceptions may be made for special circumstances such as medical emergencies or other extenuating conditions. Proof of such circumstances may be required.
